Clear numbers for keys, lockers and rooms
The number key tag is a small rounded square with one big label on it: a room number, a locker code or a key number. The text shrinks to fit, so you can print 7, 21 and 1204 from the same design without adjusting anything.
The tag has a raised border and a corner hole for a key ring. You can change its width and height, turn the text to a diagonal, and move the hole to the top centre or the other corner.
What you can change
The simple form only asks for the label, so a new tag takes seconds. In All options you can change the lettering style, the text size, the text angle, the width and height of the tag, and the corner rounding. The border can be switched off for a cleaner look, and the hole can move between the top left, top right and top centre, or be removed if the tag will be glued or screwed on.
Printing tips
- Print the tag in one colour and change filament for the number. Strong contrast makes the number easy to read from a distance.
- Small tags fit in large numbers on one bed, so a whole floor of room keys can print together.
- Choose a bold, narrow style such as Big Shoulders for longer codes.
Selling tips
This is a business to business product. Guest houses, gyms, schools and rental owners usually need a full set, numbered in order. Quote a price per set, and use the bulk order panel on the Seller plan to make every number in one go. Offer colour coding by floor or area as an extra.

How many characters can I use?
Up to six, but one to five reads best. The text shrinks to fit the width of the tag.
Can I make a full set of numbered tags at once?
Yes. On the Seller plan, the bulk order panel takes one label per line and gives you a ZIP with one file for each.
Where does the hole go?
Top left by default. You can move it to top right or top centre, or remove it, in All options.
Can I sell tags made from this file?
Yes, on the Seller plan you can print and sell as many as you like through any channel.
