This design takes the name you type and builds a backing that hugs every letter, then adds a key ring lug at one end. Because the backing follows the outline, there is no blank plate to fill: a three-letter name and a ten-letter name both look intentional.
Printing tips
- Print the backing in one colour and pause for the letters, or use the two-colour Bambu Studio project and let the printer do the swap.
- A full bed of name keychains prints together, so batch the day's approved orders.
- For thin script letters, a 0.4 mm nozzle and standard layer height work well.

Questions about the name keychain
Can I print names in other scripts?
Yes. Choose Noto Sans Devanagari Bold for Hindi and Marathi names. The other lettering styles cover Latin letters.
What if the letters of a name do not touch?
Script styles join their own letters. For bold sans styles, turn on the bottom bar in All options and the name prints as one solid piece.
How big is it?
It scales with the name. The size at the top of this page is for the example name; a longer name makes a longer keychain at the same letter height, and you can change the letter size in All options.
Can I sell keychains made from this file?
