Personalise thisOn the round ring tag
The event on the top arc and the year or a short company name on the bottom. A small giveaway that every attendee keeps on their keys.
Personalise thisOn the qr code keychain
A keychain that opens the company's event page, catalogue or sign-up form. Exhibitors hand them out at conference stands instead of paper flyers.
Personalise thisOn the desk name plate
A standing name plate for each new hire's desk, with pen holes and a card slot. HR teams order them in batches whenever a group joins.
Personalise thisThe buyer is usually an HR person, an office manager or an event organiser working to a budget and a date. They need gifts for an offsite, an annual day, a product launch, a conference stand or a new batch of joiners. Once a company finds a supplier who delivers on time, they tend to come back for the next event.
Unlike gift buyers, they care about the invoice, the delivery date and the consistency of the batch more than about the design choice. Make those three things easy.
Prepare a one-page offer you can send by email or message: three or four products, photos of each with a sample company name, a per-piece price at a few quantities and your lead time. Number and room tags and keychains work as giveaways; desk name plates suit welcome kits.
When an order comes in, agree the text format before you take the name list: capitals or not, first name only or full name, and any line that is the same on every piece. Send an approval picture of the longest name and wait for a written go-ahead. Then run the list through a bulk order and print in full beds.
For working out your per-piece price on larger quantities, read how to price personalised 3D prints.
Companies want one clear number. Send a short quote with a per-piece price at a few quantities, any setup or rush charge, delivery, and how long the quote is valid. Our pricing guide explains how to work out the per-piece figure.
Ask for the event date at the start and work back from it, leaving time for the approval picture, printing and delivery. Companies often need an invoice and a purchase order first, which can add days.
Use the closest filament colours you have, and send a photo of a printed sample so the client approves the real colours, not a screen version.
Ask for one spreadsheet column with names exactly as they should print. On the Seller plan, paste it into a bulk order and download a ZIP with one file per person.
Type your customer's text, send them the picture, download the print file.
