Delivery Policy

Digital delivery only

STLmint sells digital 3D-print files: STL files and Bambu Studio 3MF projects. We do not sell, print or ship physical products, so there are no shipping charges, couriers or delivery addresses.

How and when you get your file

• Single file: as soon as your payment is confirmed, you return to the studio and the file downloads. This normally takes a few seconds.
• STLmint Seller plan: your membership starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. You can then download files for any design straight away, including bulk orders as a ZIP file.
• Files you have bought are listed under My designs in the studio, where you can download them again. Files included in the STLmint Seller plan can be downloaded while the plan is active.

You need to be signed in to download. Payment confirmation is normally instant but can occasionally take a few minutes.

If your file does not arrive

If you have paid and cannot download your file within 1 hour, email [Support email address] with the email address on your account and the design you bought. We aim to reply within 1 business day and will send the file or refund you under our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Prints you sell

If you sell prints made from our files, you are responsible for making and shipping them to your own customers. STLmint is not part of that sale.
